Based on approval. As at now, they only have 3 standardised date except for those who r able to change previously.

Approval date 1-10 statement will be 16 for example
11-20 will be on 24
Approval 21-31 will be on 4th

Same goes to my aeon card, most people have their statement on 10th, but for me it’s 25th. Lol

Just realised i missed out my payment by 6 days. Affin is the only CC with odd statement date for me, payment due date is mid month where as all my other CCs due on 28th-30th range.

Called CS, she mention only can request subject to approval after the next statement is out.

Payment due date: 12 May 21
Actual payment date: 18 May 21
Next statement sate: 22 May 21

I forgotten to pay my CC (first time), but I didnt see the charges either in those posted in my new statement balance on 22 May 21.

Obviously not gonna call CS and ask why there’s no interest charges ahahaha.

By right it should appear in my 22 May 21 statement balance?

Statement is not generated but the statement amount and transaction history (including the RM80 rebate has been calculated in online banking)

affin card got transaction limit of 15 transaction usage per day.

anyway to uplift this? anyone kena before. tried calling the bank but CS says security purposes only limit to 15 transactions per day. cannot be unblock. need wait tomorrow for refresh. weird

12am. Ocbc has the same pattern, but CS can unblock on the spot. Affin cant.

It was online transaction.

Just call affin to confirm.

Statement must be RM3k and above, excluding any BT, Cash advance, annual fee, sst, finance charges etc, but inlucluding rebate.

So it’s your pure purchases transaction be at least 3080 to entitle for rm80 next month.

I just pump another rm413 to shopeepay. Hopefully posted at least by 22nd.

I overpaid my CC outstanding balance by RM100. Maybank refund the whole amount next day to my SCB account.

Just to add assurance to everyone, I can confirm it too that you will get full cash back of RM80 by spending RM2666.67 only, as long as you have Balance Transfer (BT) with monthly instalment of more than RM333.33 per month.

BT amount is included as the new ‘statement balance’ for cashback calculation.

Understand that many have reported BT is included just that the two times I call CS to ask, they keep saying BT is not included - which is now confirmed that it is included as the ‘statement balance’.

as at 17/2. no.

called yesterday to req for another 12 months 0% BT before my card anniversary on 19/2.

so i try n ask about cancellation.

also first 3 years AF for MC is waived. while SST will only be charged once the card activation (according to CS).

my card approval date was 19/2 according to ccris record.

On 16/2 someone call me to remind that i only have 2 days left for 0% BT. Quickly have her my card details and BT was performed on 18/2.

I would be in the same boat if no one call me as I only receive and activate my card mid March last year.

They say will reverse within 180 days.

One of the month this thing will screw up my cashback, cause the reversal will offset your current month spending.
