Same! My auto debit for nirvana didn't get cashback. I made a report but until now no one got back to me. Did u report?

Not sure if it's related, I received an SMS that says thanks for using ur card at Nirvana, which is strange, cause all these while, auto debit doesn't send me SMS.

Thanks for the info by the way, so meaning it's Nirvana side, not an error by Affin, right?

Hmm.. Will check my next statement, hopefully got as I don't have other cards for auto debit. If we pay in advance, they will still perform auto debit, right? as its automated by the system

Good news. my latest statement nirvana got cashback. Hope in the future no weird stuff again.
