Need walk in, not necessary appointment.

I went wangsa maju on a Wednesday morning, settle in 30 mins, first go find the counter to take number they will ask u fill a form first. Then u go to the place where everyone is filling forms, take the pen and fill your form. Then bring the form back to the first counter, show them the form and photostat ic and wedding cert/birth cert, then get your number. Wait for your turn and pass the document to the new counter stating what u want. After awhile they will chop the form and ask u take pic of the form for ur record, they said need wait 1 week, just say okok u can wait, but later if u try register, next day can register already.
