Curious of what the estimated budget would be on ID and furnishing a 2,749 sqft house for my own stay - but limiting to living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and home office. Planning on leaving 2 bedrooms and the family area upstairs unfurnished, just with lighting/fans fixed in.

Its new, so the only additional wiring would be for additional plug points in the home office, kitchen, and the master bath.
