Hi guys, I am planning to buy a sub-sale property (landed terrace). What are the typical documents that I should expect to receive after the S&P is completed, title transferred to my name, loan disbursed to seller and I gotten the keys?

E.g. will the lawyer pass me a copy of the title or like Form KTN 14A? Any other documents?

1. Photostat copy of Geran or Hak Milik Sementara. Original kept by bank.
2. A stamped copy of the original SnP
3. A stamped copy of the Loan Agreement
4. A copy of latest paid receipts of Cukai Pintu and IWK .... proceed to change name.
5. A copy of latest paid Cukai Tanah for reference ... change name not necessary as is auto done during registration at land office.
