Hi guys, I am planning to buy a sub-sale property (landed terrace). What are the typical documents that I should expect to receive after the S&P is completed, title transferred to my name, loan disbursed to seller and I gotten the keys?

E.g. will the lawyer pass me a copy of the title or like Form KTN 14A? Any other documents?
