Other than using steroid cream, are there any ways to heal eczema? I have some on my back, and legs around the ankle area.
I used to use steroid cream like corticosteroid and it is very effective, I put the previous night, and next morning less itchy. But got side effects like it would thin the skin right? So I don't use steroid cream often.
But if don't use often, it will come back after a while.
So what's a good way to heal eczema? And any doctors or specialists u all can recommend to consult and let them have a look at the skin?
The steroid cream will only make your eczema last longer, it has to be used for short periods of time so your skin doesn't get "accustomed to it". Try hydrating creams (cetaphil comes to mind) and also try drinking apple cider vinegar, that really helped with my flare ups.I used to use steroid cream like corticosteroid and it is very effective, I put the previous night, and next morning less itchy.
