Me just got call by maxis. Galaxy A21S voucher downloaded 14 Sept.

2 smartphone from maxis RM25 campaign. My mom 12 sept voucher.

Wish others also got call by maxis.

Wahhh lucky you. 14/9 is not my good day. That is the date Maxis app problem and I din manage to download A21s or A31. 

Me using postpaid RM60 15gb got less than 1 year contract left.

My mom using postpaid RM48 supplementary line to my sister's acc. Not sure got contract left or not.

Just called by Maxis, winning of A21 at 14 september

It seems to me they are doing lucky draw instead rather based on fastest time stamp downloaded. I noticed a lot of members here had been consistently and aggressively downloaded the deals the seconds it popped up and no way so few got it!!

I never see that "fastest" word on the terms.

Although I agreed that they will stick to fastest downloader will get the deal.

It is based on speed rather than lucky draw.

hmmm.....maxis 25 jai's friend maybe able to shed some light on this theory...

Don't be sad forks, still have chances. One things also in factor where you phone or PC time may out of sync and have some delay. So this also causing you may miss to be the earliest among others.

Perhaps we may collect some info from those winners like what phone model using for download. Start from me.

TS.. I have updated the list for you. Spend nearly 2 hours to browse from the last update.

From my reading I feel that my case is just similar like alexleow81.
alexleow81 received a 123 miss call on 1 oct and he didn't know what phone he won. On the next day, he received called on 2 Oct morning and won Samsung A21s. Supposedly he should be a selected from the date of 09 and 10 sept as those reported received call on 1 oct are from this 2 dates. There is possibility that alexleow81 might won a flagship phone if he answer the phone on 1 oct. Probably miss call, the chances has given to others and his name was place on next day list.

My case is slightly different. I received a call form 123 and immediately answer but I can't hear clearly and ask CS repeat, ended she told me she will call me back later and I waited for a while and she took around 5 to 6 minutes to call back me and told the phone I win and the date is 16 Sept. The waiting time call back duration almost same as time duration speak with the CS. meaning that the CS might called other winner and probably the phone i supposed to win on 15 Sept (might be flagship phone) might be kick to 16 Sept for Oppo A31.

I am not sure but it is my assumption as i don't know how is their system works and look back to what alexleow81 posted. But will wait for the official winner to see my name appear on 15 or 16 Sept. For now, I will stick with 16 Sept.

what i want to tell is no matter what you have to make sure your phone is fully function and coverage so that 123 able to call you. Also make sure you always stick your phone with 12 hours day time and must pick up the first call and also ask what phone model before you ask your CS to call back again if there is any technical issue.
