What is the Maxis 25th Anniversary RM25 Phone offer about?

The Maxis 25th Anniversary RM25 Phone is an offer promoted by Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd (“Maxis”) in conjunction with Maxis 25th Anniversary.

A total 25 units of phones of various brands will be offered daily for 25 days at only RM25 on Maxis app and Hotlink Postpaid app.

All Maxis Postpaid, Hotlink Postpaid, Maxis Fibre and Hotlink Postpaid & Fibre customers with active service are eligible to buy the phones on outright purchase.


Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

All active Maxis Postpaid, Hotlink Postpaid, Maxis Fibre and Hotlink Postpaid & Fibre customers who are at least 18 years old and subscribe to any Maxis Postpaid, Hotlink Postpaid, Maxis Fibre and Hotlink Postpaid & Fibre rate plans are eligible to participate.

Hi guys, I received a call from Hotlink Care Line today telling me that i am one of the winners that can purchase a smartphone for rm25, which is the Samsung Galaxy A21 Black colour.


I participated this deal since 26 august, and i did download almost all the deals. Back then you can download all eight deals with ease.


So at first you need to provide your details for them to which is your name and ic number. She did ask me how did i pay my phone bill, i answered i paid through bank transfer the day after my data cycle refreshed. Then she informed me that i will be receiving an email providing a link to make the payment within 72 hours from receiving this email (will be forfeited if i didnt make the payment within this period) (and also your email address is required)


Once they successfully received the payment, the delivery will be within 2 to 6 business days. But the winner has to receive the parcel himself because you have to present your ic to prove that you are the winner. You can provide your office’s address to them if you are working. The delivery guy will call you to confirm that he can deliver the phone to you on that day.

I did ask her which timestamp was i selected from, but she told that she just receive a list of winners to call only (macam like that la i forgot how she answered me, and maybe my question was not clear enough)

So yeah, if you have any questions feel free to ask me I’ll try my best to answer (my account is on probation so I’ll gather some questions to answer in shot)

@vandebeek - received call from Hotline Msia (123). Correction, Maxis sent him the payment link via SMS, pay within 72 hours, after the call.

1st deal will come out 10am+-
Last deal will come out 4pm+-

Go into the app at 9:50am
Refresh until the deal out. Download it. Then u can rest.

Go into the app at 10:50am
Refresh until the deal out. Download it. Then u can rest.

Keeps repeat until 3:50pm. You have to stay refreshing because 4pm-5pm will got 2 deals.
