Though Maxis has put up disclaimer to protect themselves, hope they will look at it base on case to case basis.

For me, unless I drop and broke the phone, DOA just simply unacceptable. I'm sure Maxis will fix it for you with a replacement soon.

Congrats bro! What time they called you?

There's 19 units non flagship phones to be called for the day. So it's quite logical that those call falls in the early hours.
And those call 1st half of the day till 3 or 4 pm are mostly promoting their products.
Another thing is their "first come first serve" may also indicate if you won flagship phone but first call didn't pick up, they will call the second winner in-line. 2nd time they call may not be the flagship phone anymore.
So, best practice is carry your phone at all time during these period even when you 🚽 or 🚿.

Clicked means the deal or voucher will be erased from the system.
Whether in the server logs still has participants full info or just the message [deleted] no one can confirm.
Best is to leave until system refreshed.
