For new projects, There's Trion 1 & 2 and One Residences (recently completed).

The rest are still factories, tho. Probably may need to wait a while until more factories start to move out for more new launch projects to come in. hmm.gif

Even PJ Section 13 took some time to be developed as those factories slowly move out bit by bit.

Probably car showroom + service centres may stay for a while longer as they're essential to service those living nearby.

But with that aside, won't be surprised if there will be a combi of affordable housing and private serviced residences/condos mushrooming out when that day comes. Probably with better roads and covered walkways, plus a park or two, it will make this area more appealing.

It's quite broad if you ask me. For all we know, it could imply anything related to automotive such as a spare parts centre, vehicle assembly plants, service centres, car showrooms, etc.

If one were to look at the factories and car workshops along Jln Segambut as an example, a lot of people may get turned off by the surroundings if they are to look into the 2 under-con projects there such as The Era and Riana Dutamas.
