For new projects, There's Trion 1 & 2 and One Residences (recently completed).
The rest are still factories, tho. Probably may need to wait a while until more factories start to move out for more new launch projects to come in. Even PJ Section 13 took some time to be developed as those factories slowly move out bit by bit. |
