I’m about to apply for PR in Singapore but to play safe, it’s better for my birth cert to have English in it which the old one that’s handwritten that I have now is in Malay.

1. Can my mom get a new copy on behalf of me? Birth cert is with my mom, I’m overseas.
2. Found it on google but not sure what it is, is the “replacement” called extract of birth cert?
