While I admire your determination to prove your point, do you know I can just create 10, or even 100 listings on Ruby Seapark if I want to? Those listings are from agents and have no co-relation on how many units developer have left.

Jam highway, jam outer road, jam inner road
Surrounding road too small, with the common Malaysia roadside parking, you want to walk also a bit dangerous sometimes!

Very old location but really Huat ahhhh!

Yes, congestion will worsen when people start moving in. Even at night all the parking lots outside will be taken up by residents. I used to go there now and then to makan and buy groceries but with worse traffic, i may stop going there. On the other hand got good food there, supper at bumbung, morning market etc. Will the rats from the market migrate to the condo?
