The engine oil checks regularly is within the high range . But service centre detect some minor oil leak. Necessary to repair or it is ok as long as the oil level kept within the range more than minimum for each service circle ? Any sifu please advise.

The bold is the ultimate .
Interpreting your SC doesn't insists on immediate 'repair' , you are fine to keep to the bold above .
Having said this, what SC reckons as source of leak ? .... and car age/mileage ?

Note:I would be wary if rear crankshaft oil seal leaks , which is quite unlikely generally .

10 years car. Hsc says. Check oil leaking found

Based on computer/OBD-II ?
If yes, IME all four potential areas of leaks do NOT simultaneously happen at the same time .
It has to be one out of the 4 areas .
Since your SC is incompetent to identify which particular one among the four , I suggest you ignore the SC recommendation (for its incompetence) and visit any kopitiam or bawah pokok workshop who is reasonably expected to be able to actually identify which particular one area that leaks .

Valve cover leak

Any reasonable outside mechanic can confirm this by looking at the edges of the valve cover externally . This repair is in a hundred rm plus and minus including valve cover gasket parts cost .

QUOTE
VTEC solenoid leak

This solenoid is covered by timing cover . Your mechanic may be able to identify it , with or without removing timing cover .
The 'oil leak' warning generated by computer/OBD-II may mean solenoid leak by detecting drop in oil pressure , more so if you felt engine is not performing optimally in timing .
In order to rectify this , of course timing cover has got to be removed . RM ??? Probably 100 labour excluding parts .

QUOTE
Plug head cover leak

Both leaks at either spark plug area or cylinder head leak (unlikely in your case) too can be identified externally .
Spark plug area leaks job is like rm 10 or so for labour excluding spark plug parts cost .

QUOTE
Flywheel oil seal

This can likely be identified after prolonged parking on clean ground below engine .
This job is most elaborate among the four , even then its labour cost is probably in low hundreds .

QUOTE
Estimated cost to replace rm3k.

It is dumb for SC to suggest charging labour and/or parts for all four potential areas of 'leaks' in your context .

Edit: There is a reason I avoid any OEM SC like a plague , even during warranty period . Your SC here is a case in point .
