Went to vmag and chat with Andrew. This Andrew also knew the Tee&Tee David and he is wondering why I was charged rm4.5k for repairing the servo braking unit. He said it can be repair in part which may cost less than 2k. Any how only David knew as he is the only one can repair it so far.
As for engine oil leak. Looks like valve cover , solenoid and plug head cover got some leak as for flywheel not confirm as the oil could be dripping from the top. He suggest fix the top part first and monitor. He clean the engine and ask me to come back after two weeks. Estimated cost to fix the top part around 300 plus.

Good recommendation right? He is the type of mechanic which won't rip you off. My experience with him is that he'll always recommend the most cost effective method to repair your car.

This place you also go? I went there 2 times to enquire about car price and already knew their pattern. I blacklist this place even though nearest to my house. Mom CRV first service sent there, asked me to drive back. It rode like a horse and upon checking, tires pressure was at 42psi (need so high or not). Got one time mom asked me to drive her CRV to check why keyless after changing battery also didn't work. Want to claim warranty but manatau after reach there, the CS bullshit me this and that. End up claim in another SC.

Depends on your mileage. Many people I knew change back to petrol. Their mileage just not worth it. I had a friend who always shared mileage of his Honda Insight and his number is totally worth it. Every week 800-1000 KM for one full tank.

Even Camry Hybrid are problematic. My cousin drive a company car and after 4-5years, kept breaking down for no reason. Car cant start at all. Kena 3-4 times already. Somemore need to drive to Klang Toyota SC only got so called expert to check. Always say change this no problem then after few weeks, stranded again.

Hmm ok la, more instant punch but I also never experienced those high end hybrid powerful cars.

My colleague in the office drives a Camry hybrid for many years already and seems fine, never heard any issues from him.

In fact to be fair to honda hybrid I had been driving it for 10 years clicking 340k km without major issue. Wear and tear kick in after 10 years.
