Enquired the developers on the title and expected maintenance fee, and was told it was individual title but monthly would be around RM 900.50. Is this common for individual title and is the fee on the high side or the common norm for SP developments?

I guess so. Maybe they gave it with a mistake in decimal point. Have had 2 or 3 sharing that its way below that figure they gave me. Apart from agent response are there any other issues for people that have bought similar properties there? E.g. Defect wise, etc
