made a complaint to CS this morning regarding the echo problem ,now ding dong with their technical people on the phone trying to troubleshoot the problem

after their call to me sometime last week, today they callled me up again to inform there was a hardware problem on their side, which was rectified last Saturday, and called me to confirm if the echo problem is solved, from my side, looks ok so far, no more echo! ,
