Contrary to your experience, I have great pleasure dealing with DiGi customer service. Mannered operators and their technical support is responsible to follow up cases i.e. I complaint about poor signal quality in my area and the engineers/technician continuously update with me for a month until the issue is completely fixed. Moreover, I'm just a prepaid user. On the other hand, I have encountered numerous bad experiences with TM/Maxis/Celcom.

QUOTE(-Teddy- @ Oct 1 2008, 07:31 PM) Are you sure? I thought FnF changes is only free for the first 3, and RM2 for the subsequent changes? In the case of plan changes, there is no charge to set up all the 11 numbers all over again.

QUOTE(-Teddy- @ Oct 1 2008, 10:30 PM) Meaning the charge is for changing existing number, but not adding? Adding will be free as long as your slot is empty? If that's the case, hurray Yes. Charges only apply for changing existing FnF slots.

You will be paying RM30 for 365 days validity. Non-refundable RM30. You should have got the 1-year validity by reloading RM100 last time.

This the world that we are living in. You are still exposed to radiation even if you live in jungle. Telecommunication have eased life and saved many lives in the long run. Moreover, effects of radiation from a well designed device is not known yet. Whatever youtube videos showing that mobile phone can cook egg or fry popcorn is a hoax.

QUOTE(fat16 @ Oct 17 2008, 09:23 AM) one thing i dont like digi. short answer time. call celcom - 20 tut tut [no answer] can play long ringtone or 10 tut tut [voicemail start] call happy digi - 7 tut tut [the number canot be reach ...] test with happy number. happy/digi use same system right ? too bad happy canot call digi cs. Call helpline and they will change the ringing duration. I'm happy with DiGi 20 second default duration. I don't like the phone to ring for long. I would have picked up within 20 seconds if I want to answer the call. Lol.

I don't remember the exact term. It's called call divert delay time on Nokia.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 17 2008, 09:50 PM) OK, the OCS said I need to deactivate my voicemail which I have requested him/her to disable for me. If it is deactivated, it can ring for 30 seconds. Somehow current one is too short for me, sometimes my phone is in the room while I'm outside, by the time I notice it is already a missed call. If not mistaken, I knew someone who asked DiGi to turn on missed call notification and have long delay.
