Alright, some of you guys might be aware of the itemised statement feature of DIGI prepaid. From the website it said that I could get my name and address display on the statement if I register for loyalty benefits. Look here at step 5. http://digi.com.my/prepaid/why_prepaid/pre...sed.do?page=how

So I've asked DIGI customer service and they were clueless about it. Some don't even know about the feature and some even say the website display incorrect information (no step 5 for everyone only up to step 4)

Ok. So for those who have register for OCS and been using more than one month can you check your itemised statement and tell me whether you have your name and address on it or not? Help appreciated.

A pop-up window will appear. You can view your call details from a certain date to another, all within a month. You have the option of printing the itemised statement as well. If you have not registered for loyalty benefits, the statement will only display your call plan and mobile phone number in addition to your call details.

Step 5
If you have registered for loyalty benefits, the statement will display your call plan, mobile phone number, name and address in addition to your call details.

6.  How do I port to a new service provider?
 
•  You will have to go to the new mobile service provider's Service Centre or Authorised Dealer to request for number porting.*
•  Fill in a Service Registration Form and pay the porting fees for processing. You will be issued with a new SIM card.
•  Upon approval, the new mobile service provider will inform you that you have successfully ported when the new SIM card is activated.
* Please note that your request to port will act as a notice to your current service provider to terminate your subscription.

7.  How long does it take to port to a new provider?
  The porting process will not take more than 5 business days for individual porting whereas for business porting, it will not take more than 10 business days.

20.  Do I get a new SIM card when I change my mobile service provider?
        Yes, you will be given a new SIM card by the new mobile service provider.
