I understand that but certain countries like in UK, when we buy a prepaid number, that number won't expire if you don't reload. This is because, when we pay for the sim card, we buy the number. Whether you call or not is up to you. Remember, when someone call to that prepaid number, someone is paying for that call!!!

Can't blame Malaysia's telco company. New prepaid simcard in Malaysia is soo cheap.
