I understand that but certain countries like in UK, when we buy a prepaid number, that number won't expire if you don't reload. This is because, when we pay for the sim card, we buy the number. Whether you call or not is up to you. Remember, when someone call to that prepaid number, someone is paying for that call!!!

i thought though the digi website u can check how much u used.? just slowly count 1 by 1 the sms and the calls. they dun have total how much u used.

If I would like to buy a Digi prepaid SIM card now for a new number, I need to register face 2 face. I do need my IC. They will just look at my IC or they will scan it?

If you are using digi as main line, why not u supp line to your mom? the supp line only cost abt RM10 access fee if you not getting the 1family plan. And if you separate account for your supp line, and put it in auto-billing, then u get another rebate of RM5, so you are paying RM5 for supp line access fee.

Isit paying RM20 is included with call charges up to RM20 per month ?

Or every month need to pay RM20 for the line then call charges count separately ?

Actually my mum using optimum plan, and monthly fee is RM20. But, she only pay rm10 monthly fee (she got RM10 rebate for using credit card to pay bill). Hehe... 

My mum said under new plan, DG20, every sms to all networks (including DiGi) is RM0.15, and she said it's expensive...

Currently, i using both DiGi Ambassador Plan and MTV Powerpack prepaid . I really DiGi loyal fans!

Ok. I got few questions to ask regarding Digi prepaid. If I'm asking in the wrong thread please ignore my question.

Anyways, I am gonna buy Digi prepaid since I'm attracted to the itemised billing feature. From the website it seems like in order to have my name and address on the billing, I have to have loyalty benefits or something. But I couldn't find this anywhere in the website. Can someone tell me what actually this is?

I'm also thinking of subscribing to Digi Postpaid since to be able to enjoy EDGE at 66/month I have to be postpaid user. What is the cheapest plan for postpaid? I have 2 option.

1) Use the cheapest plan only to enjoy EDGE and not using the line at all.
2) Subscribe to plan that have the best call n sms rate and use DiGi as my main number (currently using Hotlink)

What do you guys think? Help me out here.

Can principal and supplementary share commitment fee (Total RM80) together?

I saw in digi website under then Digi Postpaid 1 Family From 1 Plan. It stated Free Calls, Free SMS. Thats also if i exceed RM123?

At the very bottom of the page, it says
Note 1: * Free calls/SMS/MMS is only applicable between Principal (1 Plan) and Supplementary(1 Family).

What does that suppose to mean?

MNP is currently available for only prepaid users right? And only in Klang Valley.
Let's say the rumours which says that it should be implemented nationwide on 15th October, how can I change my mum's current Hotlink prepaid to DiGi postpaid and under my supplementary line?

Then, this can save her hassle for contacting each of everyone in her contact list about her number changes.

if 2 exisitng digi prepaid line.. for example A and B.. A and B wanna b in a family..

then we need to convert A to postpiad first to be the main line, b4 B.. or vice versa..
