DiGi reli nice. i use one plan and my girl is my sub line. i phone call everyday every minutes. ITS FREEE!!! Hooooooooooooooooooooo. i love DG!!

i am a digi prepaid user now~
if i change it to postpaid...
my balance will be transfer it?
if my balance more that RM1k,i can use it in postpaid until the balance finish?
or in a limited time?

Want to ask... I have a prepaid number but forgot to top up for more than 6 months. So, the number has been terminated automatically without even sending me a sms. Anyway I can get back the number?? Thanks....

ermm... not sure what are u saying but if i understand u correctly, u were saying if DIGI do not force us to load value, how do they earn money right?

I understand that but certain countries like in UK, when we buy a prepaid number, that number won't expire if you don't reload. This is because, when we pay for the sim card, we buy the number. Whether you call or not is up to you. Remember, when someone call to that prepaid number, someone is paying for that call!!!

anyhow... im a digi 1 plan user... if i didn pay the previous month bill in time(deadline is 30 days), will they cut my line or give more time like another 30 days or warning?!

When you are in overseas. You are basically "renting" overseas' network/base station to  use your service. That's why whether your line can connect to their overseas network is also depends on those Telcos' Roaming Agreement. That's why sometimes you might see your line might not be able to connect to certain network in some overseas countries if they don't have roaming agreement with your respective Telco (but this happens rarely).

Example: SingTel (Singapore) agreed with DiGi that they can allow DiGi users to use their network when they come to Singapore and with certain terms and conditions, agreed on the price DiGi has to pay them if their subscribers using SingTel's network.

Impossible DiGi can simply just build a base station at other countries so they need to rent. Perhaps we can call it something like a rental fee. That's why it is not cheap.
