I have been looking for a computer and I recently found a great budget laptop, but found that a similar model sold in thailand has identical specs but with 72% NTSC coverage compared to 45% NTSC coverage, for around the same price (slightly higher, but the difference is negligible.)
How do I go about purchasing this laptop? Is it even possible? Are there conversion fees/interest that make the price not worth it?

yep agree with what the rest say, avoid at all costs cause even with good brands you never know when it might breakdown, warranty is a must! I've had brand new laptops break too lol
