I have been looking for a computer and I recently found a great budget laptop, but found that a similar model sold in thailand has identical specs but with 72% NTSC coverage compared to 45% NTSC coverage, for around the same price (slightly higher, but the difference is negligible.)
How do I go about purchasing this laptop? Is it even possible? Are there conversion fees/interest that make the price not worth it?
trying to message people on shopee thailand doesn't work, it just says I've been blocked by them. how can i work around this?

i buying directly from hp's online store on shopee, unless you mean theres another reason i should avoid it
