Is the aircon vent directly infront of the left hand 9 oclock position?

Btw, is the rs worth the wait or 1.5 na petrol is enough? I'm changing from 16 yo gm4, and currently wife's car is gm6. Dunno if wanna go for this city eventho ady booked the x50 but the aftersales sked me abit. Plus tired all i drive is city city city wanna try something else.
