For waze, just need to turn the guidance volume down inside the phone app. Set mine @15.
*
Yes, you're right. 1st time connecting it and used waze, walao, it was so loud. So I had to set the volume via waze. I don't want to set the volume of the speaker cos it affects everything including my spotify.

How much including installation?

Not void warranty?

Is there Original or OEM tweeter?
*
SC will always say void warranty. Even dashcam is the same, it will void warranty. However, tweeter are connecting to the base speaker which is at your door.
It's OEM tweeter, nakamichi tweeters. Speaker is like RM200 and installation is like maybe RM100+, kinda forgot.

Hi guys, I’m currently considering between a City V and Almera VLT.

May I know did anyone of you considered almera before purchasing the city and why?

Test driven the almera this afternoon n it felt quite smooth.
Checked out the city as well and the interior looks surprisingly good as compared to viewing it on image/video.
*
I did. I went with City because of the rebate, android auto, service center which is nearer, aircon at passengers and interior spacing.

Hi, I feel like the wiper rubber has harden and it is not clear when using it in the rain. If I want to change it on my next service at sc, how much will it cost? Or should I buy and change it myself?
*
Get 1 by yourself. Get the silicon version. It's easy to install.

You keep seeing it on fb while there is no solution to it which makes buyers worry. But I see someone saying that it is a problem for Vios too as the supplier is the same. How true I dont know.
We only see a few on fb complaining but how many are facing the issue but didn't post on social media? some of it happened weeks after purchase and some happened months after.
So if you see it frequent enough on fb you would think as a purchaser would you be at risk of it and if you can live with it if you are such a "lucky" person.

For me I decided to risk it. Close my eyes and pray to GOD.

RS is actually a good car. Don't look at the paper only or get hyped with torque. It's more to family car and with hybrid, you can save a lot on petrol in urban city.
RS handling is better than the normal petrol version. The back passenger spacious is good.

After sales, i had to say i am not satisfied. It's not the engineer skills, but more to their management. City model, not that many issue from what I heard.
It also depends on SC. If you know someone there, then you're good to go. Go with Honda.

I prefer the design on City but that's a personal preference.

I bought City cos it is using the new engine and body compared to Toyota.

FYI, I went to Toyota sales dept, nobody entertain me at all. I got annoyed and left. I guess they reached their quota.
I called Nissan, booked test drive and went to Nissan but the test car was in services, unable to test and i noticed the management has this mindset of cost cutting.
That's why i ended up with Honda instead.

Apart from that, IMO RS is expensive and top up a bit, you can get civic 1.8 but for a family car, RS is way to go.

is nothing to do with android auto, more like cable loose. My wife using android auto everyday with her xiaomi phone, never have any problem, pickup and and reply whatsapp still not disconnect.
*
Actually, mine also disconnected but only when you touch the cable. So have to reseat the cable again. Different cable and original cable the same. That's why i hid and manage the cable so nobody can touch it.

And if you noticed, hardly any reviewers touch on this (no pun intended) when they review the rear legroom.
*
I understand what you mean by the armrset part. The actual issue is that the armrest was placed way behind. They didn't mentioned the groin part unless they sit as the back passenger. Some people don't rest their arm when driving. I saw 1 review which they did mentioned armrest was too behind so need to buy accessories to counter it.

Modulo body kit, can get from outside. Make sure that the material is ABS and above. Honda one is very expensive and take note it's cosmetic.

For the door light steps, if you really want it, get it from Honda. If it doesn't have lights, then it is ok, can get it from outside. The light version, it needs to plug into the fuse box which will lead to warranty issue.

I assume you referring to the side step...? I bought mine from Honda and it has lights... But the "City" word has a different type face so I assume they probably gave me the one fitted for the previous generation...  rclxub.gif
Btw, anyone knows how much to install the reflective film on the doors...?

You mean the sunscreen film?
