That's good to know V sensing has fast delivery!

Anyway, I am still deciding if I should try the RS spec.  Any recommendation to take on the RS spec  vs the V spec or V sensing ?

I am a retiree.  Currently using my daughter's 2015 Axia G Auto after she upgraded to Yaris G.  I mainly used for city drive on Penang Island.

Appreciate your recommendations.  V spec, V sensing, terus RS spec?

Driving a RS feels a little different from V.

1. Engine response to the pedal feels very different in a RS where when you accelerate, the engine sounds like it is struggling in gear 1 but it is actually accelerating normally. This happens specially when going up a hill.
2. I tend to drive to conserve fuel so the way I drive changed slower and might cause inconvenience to others behind me but judging from Penang Island traffic it would be a good thing.
3. Petrol saving is real. I got my car on 14 March and up to date I have only refueled RM60 when I just got the car. I've gone 340KM and I still have slightly more than half tank.

When the engine is on battery which is normally below 40km/h it feel so nice... but sadly last for 5minutes only until the engine kicks in quite loudly to recharge.

Thanks for the response NAVEE !

Sounds like a very good review.  Actually I haven't tried Hybrid so I just want to venture into the Hybrid world just to try out things in this next car for me.

BTW, so far do you have any issues with this car ?

I haven't had any issues yet touch wood. Been driving it for only 2 weeks+. Just don't really like the engine noise when going up hill and when the engine charging the battery.
The safety features like lane keep assist I don't use it other than on the highway as it is a little scary for me using it on normal KL roads. Plus it only activates after 70km/h.
Lane watch is also something that I don't really use as my mirrors are always pointing to the blind spots.

This club for GN2 hatchback as well? Just got my RS-spec granite gray after 5 months of waiting
how much your battery is charged? mine is just like 1/4 only and keep switching with petrol even on slower speed. I don't like NVH when on petrol but on battery it's superb.

Mine about the same. so will have about 3-4 bars normally. If you go up hill then the battery use up super fast so engine will kick in. I think from 6-7 bars of battery it goes down to 3 bars less than 1 min of driving 30-40km/h. Capacity not much.

Went up Genting last Saturday in my RS. I would say I am disappointed with the performance going up hill.

The engine was screaming so much going up hill at only 40km/h and doesn't have enough power at all on steep slope. King of torque my ass. Not even close to expectations. It feels like you are riding on a bicycle at high gear screaming your lungs out cycling but yet not moving much.

On another note of fuel consumption, after close to 700km I am down to 2 bars. A little surprised as I had like half tank at close to 500km. 24km/l on the scale with 90% city drive. I thought I could get more since I've been driving "carefully".

The rev was so loud at 40kmh how come his driving up Genting not much noise one.
Maybe cos he play tekan minyak since the start so got more momentum.
