All 4 better. Then cross rotate once a while.

Normally your front 2 tyres will wear out first.

So, you actually need to replace only 2 tyres

So, the old rear tyres that has not wear out yet, bring to the front.

Put the new 2 tyres at the rear.

Always, always, always put the new tyres (that has better traction) at the rear.

If change 4 together you get free alignment biggrin.gif

But I also change 2 at time. Just change another 2 last 2 days.

The foreman say if alignment not out no need to redo, if out then only come back and do.

+1000. 100% agree with this.

However. If you have the money its best to change all 4. However this only works you you regularly rotate them so all 4 tyres wear evenly. This is because on most FF cars the front ones are first to wear.

Normally 2 front wear faster. Change those 2 but put at the back while the existing 2 rear bring to front. But if money no issue then change all 4. It all depends on your budget.

If you rotate the tires regularly and have similar wear on all tires, just change all 4. You will save more time and effort..
