hey guys, so any of you encountered this?
so last time we used those old landline phones with the copper wires , etc.
but last few days no line, made a complaint to TM. And what they answer was that they would not repair this kind of cases anymore. and straight wanna push customers to take wireless line/phones.
problem is, how much we need to pay/cost involved to upgrade to the service? and what is the common procedure?
I assume you are talking about those old landline without Internet. Yes TM is slowly discontinuing copper line to save cost on maintenance. They do offer a wireless house phone but you have to check with them on pricing. I know this when my friend taman the copper always get stolen, so in the end they use wireless homeline.

Not consider buy new one ka? I think u have to choose ur package 1st. Then they go and do fresh installation.
They dont use the old black thick wire already. Now black wire quite thin, fibre.
The wire i think 1st few meter is free, after that certain meter they start charge, something like that if no mistaken.
Actually after complete installation, u still can use ur old wired line house fon, still same using rj11 cable. But if the package u choose comes with free wireless fon then just use the wireless one, or use splitter can use both.
From the initial post I assume TS do not use fix line internet hence he is just talking about the phone. Maybe TS can clarify further.
