Device 1: Turn on Hotspot
Device 2: To connect to D1 hotspot

Issue 1: D2 need to manually select D1 hotspot to connect, not 'automatically connect'
Issue 2: Whenever D2 goes into lockscreen, D2 disconnects from D1 hotspot. D1 hotspot also automatically 'stop' although Hotspot shows as 'ON', need to enter the Hotspot settings to reactivate.

Tried googling but seem there is no solution.
