But I think the land is better than the skyawani area. seperated abit and just beside royal selangor. for the buyer better choose the unit facing the royal selangor instead of facing kl areas (clear vision). otherwise, the view will be blocked by the skyawani.

692sqft,somemore can fit for double bed for all bedrooms, seriously.. Doubt it for layout plan,but 9400 is quite wide, maybe kitchen,dining and living area is quite thin

This one consider very big if compare to cyberjaya 400sf fit for 3rooms, every room still can provide one desk, wardrobe, single bed, fan and aircon..every room rent out RM500, good return

If compare vista sentul 818sqft with mh platinum 857sqft,around same price,but in between sentul and setapak,freehold and leasehold,low density and high density, which more worth ah? I know everyone needs is different😊😊

i feel the access around vista sentul is better... both also nearby HTC, of course freehold better option.. but setapak have more basic ready amenities compared to sentul though haha

Actually depend on your preference of the location. Within 20km of this area there is much better (also new) property than these two, if you really search and know auction market.
