But I think the land is better than the skyawani area. seperated abit and just beside royal selangor. for the buyer better choose the unit facing the royal selangor instead of facing kl areas (clear vision). otherwise, the view will be blocked by the skyawani.

setapak really can easily find pocket of lands to build high density development... the whole setapak town itself is really crowded with residential lol... and more to come

Pass by the new show gallery yesterday (located at PV9 site), wow. So many people. Car park full until need to park outside by the roadside.

Market demand really so strong now?

Brother, there is no doubt that there is STRONG demand for housing in the Klang Valley.

This can be seen from the number of units sold in the secondary market.

A product launched at the right price point, will sell very well.

In this case there are plenty of working adults who rent rooms in Setapak, PV knows what they're doing.
