likely trying to unlink/unbind *after* linking (there's popup screen asking you to link -- i just ignore it until last minute) haha

IIRC KiplePay still have 1k, but you can't Duitnow there and can only use from the Debit card, still okay for me, not sure if suitable for your case.

this incident remind me to use it as top up ewallet rather than use for payment. Imagine lazada/shopee refund. but money cannot deposit in as this card is not tie to saving account.
most merchant allow refund via same payment method when use to buy things.

I have RM10 balance but unable transfer exact rm10 to my friend for my lunch but i can transfer rm9.99.

Not possible unless it is go+ balance 🤦‍♀️ only up to 9.9999

But even then it would have rounded up to 10 already

The reason why we can never have good things is because of greed and people gaming the system until legit people who never withdraw are only limited to RM 1k cc top-up without charges because people keep washing money via the system.
