ok..for my case...actually clear app cache and reinstall solves the problem...phew..luckily not kena block due to different cc reload... biggrin.gif

i only cash out once... and that one time only already kena lock from reload via credit card.....haizzzzz...... so they enable cashout service but do this..... as usual, need to call customer service and then they will askf or proof of documents for credit card etc... i guess not that bad la...hopefully will unlock back credit card reload soon....

i think i'm gonna keep in Go+ for 1 month at least before cash out... if still kena block...then so be it... just too bad... smile.gif just damn weird they allow cashout in the first place but never state also the clear T&C...

I got my TNG+ functionality restored after kena ban. But this is the reply from customer service:

We are happy to share that we have restored your eWallet and GO+ accounts to their full functionality.

Rest assured that we will continue to monitor this situation so that your interest will always be protected. We would also like to remind you that, in the event that the same situation happens again, the feature to transfer your eWallet balance into your Go+ account will be disabled permanently.

So if this happens again, i will get permanent ban. But what is the guideline? I wrote back asking for guideline and I will make sure I follow the guideline, so fingers crossed, let us hope for a clear guideline from TnG on this.

Doesn't make sense if we can deposit money then when withdraw kena ban. Even bank savings account let you deposit and withdraw same day...

actually now i reload amount in tng ewallet one time big lump sum...then i park most of the balance in Go+...because i got regularly use tng now with shops and many places accepting tng... so ok la..considering that the money i park inside can still earn decent interest rather than some other wallets with zero interest... but totally dare not cashout anymore...not worth the suspension..

just an update... looks like after wait 1 day... can top up again already but it will trigger you to enter your 6 digit NRIC number as verification..
then when want to pay also will have additional step to enter your 6 digit NRIC as well...

i called customer service yesterday and ask if i do small top up 2 to 3 times only can kena ban? customer service told me no such rule if you use own credit card and do multiple top up, it is not against any rule..

so oh well...i have an open ticket generated but looks like my issue solved already also..just additional step triggered in the app now to enter the NRIC number ...

I tried uninstall.. clear cache etc.. totally same issue...

gais....asking for inputs here...

i forgot about the transfer monthly quota and now i have additional RM3k in my wallet with no more quota left for this month...i cannot even cash in to Go+ to enable me to earn some interest while the money is stuck in my ewallet...

my question is...1st next month, will this money in wallet able to deposit to Go+? or basically i need to spend this money slowly? sad.gif

This tng ewallet is kinda scary. My mom account kena block from doing transfer and i don't know why they block. Everything was within limit of 5k. Basically success reload from credit card then error when trying to do duitnow transfer. Now money is stuck. Raise complain to customer service and now kena send document like NRIC and proof of phone number ownership. What the heck. Anyone kena before?

Yes. Immediately after reload cc... then try to do duitnow... i thought it was perfectly legit as there is a real need to transfer the money to a vendor... strange indeed why tng block when they allow this as a guideline in the first place...

The thing is... the account is not fully blocked. It is still working when i use the Pay option to show the qr code and the payment can go through. But if i am the one scanning the qr code then it won't go through... but like that also headache as i need to use at supermarket or places where they can scan ...

Actually this vendor give me his bank account and i thought i can use duitnow to pay...instead of doing directly bank transfer...just thinking to use this so i can get some cashback from credit card...vendor don't have the tng qr code for me to scan...

i know eventually it's TNG who decides what is abusing or what is not but I read this from TNG website, duitnow can be used to transfer to bank account...

so if the Duitnow transfer function is there...what is an example of Duitnow transfer which is not considered as abuse?
assuming if i click on transfer -> duitnow button at the top right under 'Transfer'.

i'm really honestly asking to learn how to be in compliance here....
because I still cannot understand the logic when consider as abuse and when consider as allowed...

p/s: abuse to me is reload cc then transfer duitnow back to my own bank account. i'm not doing that.

just a note as fyi... after providing NRIC and phone information, within a few days...got reply say the issue solved and manage to transfer out the money via duitnow...
not sure what is wrong but account back to normal already... did not get any message from customer service to tell me it was illegal or abusing the system..

but moving forward, i dare not reload and make payment to vendor already using duitnow....

Yours sound like tech problem. Check if the QR code you scan is a P2P QR (equivalent to transfer) or merchant QR. Merchant QR usually company name. P2P QR is human name.

i got a question here...assume my wallet limit is 20k...if i top up 20k and park under Go+ to earn the interest...then sure go above 20k wallet limit, how ah after that? or Go+ no limit? only the wallet? so as long as i withdraw from Go+ back to wallet max 20k...then no issue?
