they did mentioned something like :
note the bolded portion..which piqued my interest as they did NOT say what i did wrong...thus my email asking for clarification.

Just curious, how do you reload 15K? I tried beyond 5K and not possible, so I did not push my luck even though missing out on some credit card promo. But would still be interested to know. After my 5K reload (I guess based on my current amount - prev month amount), I always getting error when I try reload, but I did not push it. No withdrawal made

BTW, in other more mature e-wallet markets, Credit Card is already forbidden to be used as reload channel into wallet.  I may not be next BNM governer but does know e-wallet business in other countries a bit more.

I think ewallet that forbids credit card reload will only be successful in China, other than that, I do not see how people will use ewallet instead of credit cards with the introduction of wave which is as fast (if not faster) than ewallet.

The bolded part actually very important for the ewallet to offer financial services like micro lending etc, and also promotion targeted to your spending habit

Not only that, if you realized. We do need to submit our IC right? In the app itself, the ewallet company can actually know where you spend most (maybe food, and where) and send you promotional stuff via whatsapp/SMS or even the app itself.

I withdraw 5K, but never reload using CC recently already (maybe more than a month). Just thought of dumping the balance from the ewallet balance only.

A side note though, I called the CS and the CS mentioned nothing wrong with my account and by right I should be able to top up. Now I'm still waiting for his reply.

Somehow I feel that moving forward (now or few weeks earlier) as long as you cash out once, then consider flagged. Most people if cashed out will touched the "credit card" money due to earlier top up with credit card before Go+ available.

Was like a month, should be about 2-3 weeks at least. This was my 2nd withdrawal as it hit 9.5K limit and I still have some balance in ewallet which are not utilized. So my initial thought was to withdraw 5K (on the 19th), and then pump back the balance from ewallet to Go+, and then I the cash-in failed.

Someone here mentioned maybe the 9.5K has some money that I top up from credit card previously, which might be the issue.

How long since your blocked? I think I also lazy to follow up with them already. Since there are still some balance in my ewallet, just spend it.
