just got my TNG unblocked couple hours ago
reason blocked was because i reloaded over RM15k into TNG..then move to G0+..and withdraw all RM15k within same day.
called care line and say will email me to find out more.
in email, asked me to provide error screenshot , which i promptly provided.
then 2nd email few days later asking for cc statement (after i called again to follow up) to ensure the name is the same as my TNG account. which i promptly provided as well. all these occurred early last wk.
so this morning got my account unblocked and i can top up indeed.
so i have sent an email asking them what actually happened and why i was blocked.
will give them 24 hours to come back and let me know what i have done wrong. since i believe all my action was within their clause/rules/agreement. after 24 hours i will re-send the email again.
they did mentioned something like :
note the bolded portion..which piqued my interest as they did NOT say what i did wrong...thus my email asking for clarification.
Just curious, how do you reload 15K? I tried beyond 5K and not possible, so I did not push my luck even though missing out on some credit card promo. But would still be interested to know. After my 5K reload (I guess based on my current amount - prev month amount), I always getting error when I try reload, but I did not push it.
