Not sure if news, but for everyone info today I successfully reload TnG physical card from TnG eWallet via 7-Eleven.

Meanwhile, I am basically fully converted to TnG lifestyle due to covid and not wanting to touch paper money. Every month, I just dump like 60% of my salary upon receiving it into TnG and do almost everything through TnG anyway, as a bonus, I basically max out my ewallet cashback CC with 0 effort.

TnG is love, TnG is life. That's why I am incredibly excited for TnG Go+ - I'll benefit fully from it without changing how I use my money.

Big thanks to PosLaju, 7-Eleven, CIMB e-Credit Card, Econsave, 99 speedmart for smoothing out the ride to deal with bills and TnG (Card) reloads, Cashbacks, and the incredibly adoption rate of TnG payment in Klang, every other economy rice stall, kopitiam and most mamak, unkers and aunties in pasar accept them, its great.

Not referring to any event in particular, but my nearby 99 speedmart adopted TnG really early so I was using TnG on 99 speedmart since day 1 of covid outbreak. I basically stopped going to other mini markets since, and I pretty much do 70% of my groceries there or Econsave, I really appreciated them accepting TnG early and almost never down.

Big thanks to your friend. TnG is the smoothest e-wallet experience for me so far even with its occasional hitches - for one, I never had to make the 15 auntie behind me wait because I wanted to use eWallet and QR code is not loading/crashed the app.

Will be interesting to see how they handle this, when its theoretically possible to deposit via credit card but withdraw to bank 🤔

Maybe they will clearly indicate it as a different pool of money and not allow people to churn

To be honest... I don't think he's wrong. There's probably a better way to word it, but ignoring the churning/credit advances and other usage that it wasn't meant for - as an investment alone, its absolutely balls-breaking terrible. It comes to a point where the return are so low the liquidity offered means nothing when there is no reason to put money in to begin with. It is a bit more disappointing than I imagined for me too, as I usually have ~2k active balance in TnG.

As for the churning part... I don't think TnG will turn a blind eye to it, so let's just enjoy it while it lasts.

Haha, TnG was hyping it up quite a bit. Its abit like applying for a credit card saying unlimited cashback but I find out the rate is at 0.1% with limited categories. It doesn't even match up or come close to existing competition.

The last time I had issue I just called +603-5022 3888 - I was quickly redirected to email support and then after a few chain of useless mail my problem resolved itself, though.

I'm a day 1 GO+ user, for what it's worth, I've been cashing in daily or every other day sometime, while withdrawing RM1000~2000 every week since the start and my account is still in good standing and never triggered anything. TnG is probably my only source of capping 2 CC worth of cashback for a while now.

Perhaps the trigger is obvious big amounts in a certain time period? (3k~9k++?)

topup daily so I am not sure how to answer that question... er, 0 days i guess? on withdrawal days i withdraw before topup just in case

Still working for me... AFAIK if you are soft banned, you don't even get to access the credit card reload page right?
