Previously I also got similar incident, but I still received the RM 10 based on tng record, not hsbc record.

Yeah got the record both in the app and e-mail from tng, both also 1st Nov.
Did msg them on FB, hopefully they just give la, very lazy to fight with them knowing their attitude and service level
