So there are a lot more places that accept eWallet now? It would be really good if that's the case.

yes, may be selected hawker and selection location. it is still no common to all place yet. but it is improving that more and more hawker accept. but, how tlong to wait until all hawker or at least 80/90% hawker accept

it seems that every rewards voucher can be claimed only 2 times, it does not allow me to claim my 3rd up to RM 10 cashback, terrible tng

other not attractive at all what tealive 7e familymart shell...

Sent email to complain that I am unable to reload even after the trouble shooting.

Do you experience problem with pay function?

I was try to generate the QR code for payment, however since yesterday night till now I'm not able to use the pay function.

It just state there something wrong instead having QR code.

Anyone else having similar problems?

Edited: Ignore my problem above. I reinstalled my app and the app verified with sms code then it fixed the problem.

Had the same problem last month. Have to uninstall and install again.

So, u login to multiple devices for ur tng eWallet acc + u use the same credit card in different tng eWallet acc?

Some credit cards were used for 3 accounts belonging to wife and son.

Got to be careful, now TNG eWallet very strict to catch those multiple account top up by same card. Anyway, my issue has been resolved after submitted credit card statement.

This is consider violation of their tnc.. many eWallet is having the similar measure to reduce fraud case..

For my case, they closed case without asking for any details as I didn’t violate their tnc but they suspect I violate.. I believe is bcoz there is once I change to another phone to login as iOS is down.. n I was at the restaurant which come with tng voucher discount if I paid with tng eWallet.. that’s only once.. then they soft ban me after few months of the login.. n they didn’t tell me whether this is the root cause.. just unbanned n close case n suddenly can reload with credit card without issue..

for the voucher CB, i got RM 0.30 and RM2, yes only twice.
the Familymart not bad too, RM1.5 CB with minimum spend of RM5, thats 30%

i have 2 Shell RM 3 cashback after unlocked 2 missions

just activate and spend without thinking much

What is the min amount to spend in order to the RM 3 cash back?

rm 10, and need to spend to 2 times to unlock one CB claim

i spent more than rm 10 each time,

No min spending required to use this Shell voucher?
