He assured me will be processed soon. So, if you don't receive back the refund instantly in your wallet, then can try calling CS. can't speak for experience before this, but in March it was already not instantaneous. talked to a stall owner, lots of them removed the TNG QR code cause alot of customers complain cannot scan. they don't need the problem
