Since transferable amount is up to 4.5k o 5k

Sorry, I'm referring transfer to her mother siblings TnG e-wallet accounts from her TnG e-wallet account using her own cc without need to add her cc in different TnG e-wallet account.

My TnG e-wallet app screen do have the TnG Visa icon, meaning I unable apply yet and need to wait for it?

sharing my experience filling up e-refund form for my lost NFC card.

i thought since i linked my NFC card to e-wallet app and reload via app, the card should be registered my name. But im wrong.

at the start of e-refund, there's button for register your card... now i know why they put it there! Bcoz linking TnG card to e-wallet do not auto register the card under your name.

As im inside TnG web portal, i did not see my NFC card linked in e-wallet. I quickly register / add card in the portal. next i fill in e-refund form in phone, and it got through.

when change new device, e-wallet account kena ban, the TnG card (linked to e-wallet) still working right?

Just that PayDirect feature may not able to deduct amount in e-wallet, but will deduct card amount. Can anyone confirm this?
