I mainly use the Visa card for Government-related transactions eg quit rent and assessment rates, JPJ etc, and flight tickets except AirAsia (eg "VISA5" RM5 discount at MyAirline) and KLIA Transit (Putrajaya) @ KLIA Ekspres App (10% discount).

I have been withdrawing fron go+ to bank almost every month when total balance exceeded 9500 and never received any love letter from tng. How frequent u did your way of withdrawal?

Mostly i use a+ voucher for pickup. Shop discount + pandapro pickup 5% + a+ voucher.

How much discount for those rm3 rm4 vouchers, i could only find rm5 vouchers selling for 4.50.

You can get in by daily check in and flip the card. But flip card is see luck

UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION means any transaction of stored monetary value from INSURED PERSON’s DIGITAL WALLET performed during the PERIOD OF COVERAGE without the INSURED PERSON’s authorisation or consent and due to no fault of INSURED PERSON which includes any monetary value reloaded from the BANK CARD into the DIGITAL WALLET.

as a Visa card issuer, they are to manage the unauthorized transactions. i'm not saying "fully responsible" because unauthorized txn can happen throughout the whole payment chain and relevant parties involved.

tng relies on their processor to process visa txn. so, any unauthorized txn gotta follow Visa rules in handling it.

escalation chain (chargeback) usually like this: customer <-> issuer (tng digital) ,-> visa processor (euronet) <-> visa network <-> acquirer (merchant's) <-> merchant (fraud/genuine)


in some situation, even for unauthorized txn, TNG Digital may lose/unable to defend the chargeback dispute. so, they may even losing $$ to fraud.

i guess they use walletsafe to underwrite for this scenario (customer get back $$ eventually) but in general, they are making money as well for win-able fraud cases (they dont lose $$, $$ refunded to customer, yet they earn from selling walletsafe)

What is walletsafe for when TNG ewallet have money back guarantee anyway?
