when I tried to edit info and didnt pass thru many of the security questions asked. After that I am locked out and cant get in.
My account will auto unlock after 24 hours?

U guys talking about paying rm20 TNB bills at 7-11 and getting the rm4 cb the next day?
I did 2xrm20 on 21Dec but still haven't received rm4 until now, t&c stated 3 working days.

I wasn't aware of d T&C and use 3 acc to pay 2x RM20 each to d same tnb acc at the same time, total 3x2xrm20, all got the RM4 cb at the same time total 3x2xrm4.

Yes it is instantly, but ironically payment at TNB counter is not.

I bought from the merchant with a banner of that promo on 27Dec and still haven't got it.

Sometime it doesn't pay to participate as early as possible. May be their backend system not ready for the campaign yet. What is the best way to make a complaint on this, email, messenger? I actually have 2 transactions done on participating merchants on 27 & 29 Dec but yet to get CB.
