I had enough balance for a Lazada purchase. Balance as in ewallet+TnG Go+, instead of deducting the whole amount from both balances, it actually performed a quick reload for the said amount and deducted from there. Now my balance is untouched. I didn’t know this will happen as I thought it should deduct from Go+ balance if my wallet balance is insufficient? I tried few times paying from merchants and that’s how it works.

Now I quickly cancelled the purchase and Lazada shows it has refunded but I still didn’t see the fund goes back to my credit card (in this case I used BigPay for Quick Reload), how long does it take? Will it go back to BigPay or refund back to my TnG balance? Man, this is totally messed up.

TL;DR version (with amended value for easier understanding):

1) Lazada purchase: RM 320. TnG balance: wallet RM 280, Go+ RM 90.
2) Payment didn’t deduct from both balances and auto performed a quick reload (via BigPay) and deducted RM 320 to Lazada.
3) Cancelled purchase, Lazada mentioned it’s refunded.
4) Refunded to BigPay? Or TnG balance? So far still no sign of refund yet in BigPay or TnG. How long does it take typically? A week I supposed?

From Rapidkl Facebook said they are testing Malaysia 1st bus QR payment system.no extra info provided for now

MyRapid Tap requires you to scan the code instead of getting scanned if I'm not wrong, you can see the small QR code sign for MyRapid Tap placed near the bus driver.

But so far no one seems to be using it.

Didn’t see any black and white made by TNG showing withdraw within xx days then account will be blocked. Now is in gray area and they just blocked if one “misused”.

what is known now can be obsolete the next minute. TNGD can tweak their policies as and when they deemed necessary.

they are the platform owner, we cant dictate how they run their own platform/business.
newbies or seasoned users, unless we know the policies in B&W from TNGD as the official source, everything shared here are plain conjectures.

p/s: TNGD will never share their internal policies. no service provider does anyway.

p/s: My tng ewallet is blocked/banned too. cannot Cash-In to Go+. even my source of fund is from Debit/Prepaid Card + Reload PINs. They still havent reverted their answers for about 2 weeks

by now, i think their goal is for people to park money with them while paying back some interest. they earn less than what they used to without Go Plus.

Perhaps they did not expect so many credit card reloads and cash out - instant loss to them.

so i'm all ready to lose the credit card topup feature once i cash out my new topup. no plans to beg them.
