How to transfer our TNG account to a new phone?

Wouldn't TNG detect it as login on two different phones and ban? Last tiime my fiend used my phone to login to his TNG and I got banned for few hours.

Why nowadays when i want to transfer money to other tng users i was prompted for face recognition instead of pin, is there anyway to switch back?

Weird. Mine was never enabled but I still got the prompt.

Same i never turn on face recognition but also randomly asked to scan face.

1. CC reload up to RM1000
2. PIN reload up to RM1500
