Paydirect not working when i use it at penang 2nd bridge.. does it need to open the app? I lock my phone at car.. but it still deducted my tng card credit not the ewallet.. any one have same problem?

i just sign up touch n go ewallet two days ago
i linked my card for paydirect but until now when i pass through toll plaza, it keep deducting my card balance. why ya?

my ewallet rm50 still remain there unchange.

The Go+ return rate is even worst than bank 1 month fix deposit rate which is 1.5% for the latter.

Obvious but still wanted to know tng respond.

Last month when go+ launch, i simply call cs and ask if i reload using cc everyday topup go+ then withdraw to bank next day is it ok. They say ‘yes’. Doesnt matter, as long the withdrawal is made to your own acc.

Never tried this obviously, but quite surprised no briefing was made to CS on the limitation?

I’m using cards for the cash back/reward benefits. And I’m using e-wallets now to double dip on the cash back/rewards benefits.

So if they don’t allow e-wallet top-up using credit card and get stingier with their reward system, I’ll just use cash because cash in so many ways are still faster to be honest.
