Recently I changed my phone as well.
I logout TNG apps from old phone and login in new phone. No issue. Just TAC verification if not mistaken. I did for few e-wallet apps (logout existing session).

Already been 1 week, no issue.

I used TNG Wallet as payment method in Lazada.
Lazada inform the order as 'Lost Transit'.

Got the email informed on the Refund and this morning receive the refund in e-Wallet.

Really fast & efficient to TNG on credit back the $$$.

The function is working fine now but did 2x transfer, no CB.. Wondering finish?

Apps is currently facing connection error, no matter what function you're going to use.

Not every 7-11 staff experience paying TNB Bill via TNG wallet.

I experience one outlet said never before, and then call their manager to check. Finally they willing to try out (scan my bill & wallet QR). Voila done.

Sometimes, hands-on is important for staff.

Encourage usage of TNG wallet, it's part of their marketing campaign for 1 mil users. Nothing wrong here.

Those eligible for e-Tunai have to quickly snap above promo and shall not wait if you keen to get extra RM30 rebate from TNG or go to competitor like Boost & Grab. It's simple marketing strategy.

For ineligible Malaysian, you won't be out of this game when everyone talk about it.
From what I see, TNG giving the best for ineligible e-Tunai M'sian.

I paid on 18-Jan and got RM5 instantly.



From their official Facebook, they updating there faster than apps. Sometimes, checking this forum is equality faster

Wondering if key-in wrong Water Bill account still able to go through payment, but get refunded later.
If can, then this is loophole to get exclusive rm5 cashback without spending...
