I blocked Notification for most apps. Based on the words "Based on your recent transaction records", it's Target Specific. Did you PIN or CC reload and cash out excessively recently?

i have check my TNG card in TNG wallet, the pay direct is turn on, but when i use it in toll, still deduct my card balance, anything i missed?
