I've never thought that deleting my Touch N Go E Wallet account would be such a frustrating experience.
When I tried to delete the app, the app mentioned there's an
error occurred and also mentioned that I have pending services that haven't settled. 1) I've contacted their Live Chat team. The staff informed me that I have pending toll services that I haven't settled. Topup my account. Waited for more than 24 hours, no deductions happened. Checked back my transactions, I've checked they have charged on my pending toll transactions on early March.
2) Call their call centre team twice. Different agents provided different response. One of them asked me to provide error screenshot by email etc.
I don't know why it's such a difficult experience to delete the app. All of the 3 agents really lack experience in handling customer issues.
I'm totally done using Touch N Go app. I'm moving back using Cash, card or qr payment using banking app.
If I want to reload my touch n go card, it's better I just go reload at Caring, Watsons. No wonder I've seen a lot of complain on their FB Page.
