Paid RM10 x 3 times for Astro bills
Get RM1.70 + RM1.70 + RM1.90 = RM5.30

Total rebate from RM30 = 17.66% return, damn good

I guess even you pay RM5 x 3... It might get Rm1.70 three times... The random cash back does not consider the amount of your transaction.

I think regardless of how many times you sent money out, as long as the 1st 3 senders transaction in your account (starting 1st september) will be eligible for the 10% bonus (Max Capped RM5 per account)
