10 years is card life, have to replace no matter what.

1 year is inactive, means no transaction within a year then become inactive.

I maintain it every year for my wife card too.

Hope not change to 6 months, very troublesome for me.

Can add multiple card? I have 2. 1 is Plus Tng which use it quite often, so is fine.

I do have another which is backup and hardly use, only maintain it once a year.

Can remove in future? I remember some report issue with the card link, not sure due to what already?

No, i didn't have any transaction at all even before MCO.

It shows 'for selected user only' and i can't find any related info on this, that's why i ask here. biggrin.gif

Based on the feedback here, topup prepaid a bit slow, so better don't try if you rush for it.

Simply spend anything at shop that accept this eWallet, since no minimum spend.

I went to KK buy bread, RM2+, get back CB RM3. Very good! thumbsup.gif

I have downloaded, click on the promo, it shows something have reach the maximum per day.
But at Top up page, it does show the thumbs up icon beside e-wallet, so i just try.
somehow keep stuck at payment screen, after key in email address, when press tng then blank screen.

Maybe have to give up... already.

My case, is Hotlink claim it for me on behalf, then SMS me to reload before end of today.
However, my reload process stuck, call up Hotlink CS, they say no problem on their side, have to refer to TNG side.
Seems like unable to link to TNG, not sure is my phone problem. (Old phone Samsung J)

Possible to rollback previous version on the apps?

I notice after last update, my inbox have unread message, but shows blank when click in, Postpaid cannot display.

I still have RM1 voucher unable to use, as Postpaid, Prepaid all can't use from my phone after the last update.

Lately my Transaction History also show blank page, same goes to inbox.

Sent to CS, no respond. Clear cache, clear data, reinstall all same. Looks like they give up old phone compatible issue.

My android version is 5.1.1

Hope the basic Scan & Pay & reload still work, else cannot use anymore. cry.gif
